Tava Direct Return Policy (30 Days)
At Tava Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return most items within 30 calendar days of receiving them.
Conditions for Return:
- Items must be returned in unused and re-saleable condition. This means they must be in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
- Original receipts or proof of purchase must be included with your return.
- We cannot accommodate exchanges.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact us by email at info@tavadirect.com within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will email you a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to ship your item back to us.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
- Write the RAN clearly on the outside of the return package.
- Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the conditions for return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- For LTL freight returns, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping costs for the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. However, the original shipping cost will be refunded if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
Exceptions:
- Some items may have different return policies due to their nature. These exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.
- We cannot accept returns on perishable items, digital products, or items that have been specifically personalized for you.
